RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Returns must be initiated within 10 days of the delivery date. Returns are only accepted when the product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
WE DO NOT EXCHANGE ORDERS DUE TO MISTAKES IN SIZE OR COLOR.

RETURN PROCESS
Please contact us via our contact page. You will need your order number, a description and supporting photographs. Once we review your claim and if you are eligible, we will either issue a refund to your original payment method or send you a replacement, depending on your preference.
RESTRICTED SHIPPING COUNTRIES
Oh, if only the world were so simple. Unfortunately, we do not ship to some locations due to legal restrictions or because carriers simply do not cooperate. This list of banned countries can change depending on the mood of planet Earth — wars, sanctions, diplomatic nonsense, you know. But, for now, we do not ship to the following destinations:
